At L.A. COLORS, we want you to love your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
